Please read our conditions of sale before completing your order, as by proceeding to the checkout you signify your consent to abide by these conditions. Customer Service Agreement
This Customer Service Agreement is between Deemas Fashion Ltd and you and all transactions carried out through this website. Please read this Agreement carefully before you place your order.
Placing an Order
Ordering is easy. You simply add the items you require to your shopping cart by clicking on Add to Shopping Cart whenever you see an item you would like to buy. Adding an item to your basket does not commit you to buy as you can always remove it later. You can review the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the My Shopping Cart button. Once you have found all the items you need and you click to go to the checkout to pay for your purchases, you will be asked to give us details of the billing and the shipping address.
Once you have reviewed your order finally and decided to go ahead with the purchase you will be transferred to a Paypal secure server using SSL Technology or you can manually transfer to your local bank account. This is to ensure that you shop safely and securely and have peace of mind. Any information given by you on these secure pages, such as your credit card details, will not be available to any of us at Deemas Fashion. You will then need to enter your payment details including credit card details through your Paypal account and your full billing address. Your transaction will then be authorized through Paypal.
Before clicking on the Complete Purchase button on the Final Review of Order page you must have read, understood and accepted this Customer Service Agreement.
At Deemas Fashion, we understand these are special day dresses and our customers need our assistance before ordering. We try to discuss major issues with our customers via face-to-face, phone calls, email or WhatsApp.
Samples and Dummy Dress
After getting your measurements and requirements, our team will make a dummy dress for you. We will deliver this mockup dress (dummy dress) with DHL so you can check the measurements, lengths, and flow of the dress. If there is an issue, then we can adjust the problems in the original dressmaking. We will deliver the following
1. Dummy dress in different fabric
2. Embroidery samples as per your requirements
3. Fabric samples or options
4. Colour samples or options
Sampling consists of the same steps as dressmaking and also takes the same effort. Samples and dummy dresses specially made for you, on your requirements and measurements. Our sampling charges are £120 to £330 per dress for all dresses.
Charges to Make an Extra Dupatta
Our charges for an extra dupatta with hand embroidery range between £300 to £600 with an existing order. Shawls or fully embroidered dupattas may be a little more.
All prices on our website are quoted in Great Britain Pounds or your local currency.
Listing and Descriptions
Deemas Fashion makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this website are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colours and styles contained in the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Deemas Fashion cannot accept responsibility for variances in colour or style. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your device (display), VGA card, the resolution of your computer, and the browser used. We cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any colour will be accurate.
On the product detail page, If no description has been mentioned then the customer should ask about the dress description which includes dress style, fabric type, fabric colour, embellishment type embellishment colour etc. Deemas Fashion will not be responsible if any colour style or material is not what the customer expected on her / his own.
Deemas Fashion currently accepts Paypal, UK / USA/ Canada and Australia bank account deposits. All derivatives of these brands are also supported. We will charge your account for payment at the time that your order is placed. We take 50% advance (upfront) and the balance before final delivery.
Deemas Fashion uses all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all information on this website is accurate. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is displayed about any product on this site due to a clerical, typographical, technical or pricing error, Deemas Fashion shall have the right to refuse to accept any order/s or cancel any contract/s to supply such product/s whether or not the order/s has/ve has been confirmed and the credit card/s has/ve been charged.
We use DHL/FedEx to ship to virtually any address in the world between 15-75 working days (1 to 4 months) from the date of order confirmation. During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.
Delivery time for made-to-measure items
Delivery times for dresses vary from dress to dress. All our boutique and bridal made-to-measurement and made-to-order embellished outfits will take 15 to 75 days to complete an order (one to four months). Evening and party wear with embroidery take up to one to two months. More Precisely, it takes at least 25 – 35 days for an order of various dresses to be ready for dispatch.
Returns Policy for Custom and/or Urgent Orders
Custom and/or urgent orders are based on the measurements that you provide on our website, DeemasFashion will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided. Please note that before dispatching any order, we take photographs of each part of the dress and keep them on record so that if any misfit case arises we first investigate it by checking measurements from our records. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom and/ or urgent orders.
Amend Your Orders
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the order date. Please know that we do not accept amendments after 24 hours from the order transaction is made.
We deduct 30% of the total order if the customer wants a refund after 72 hours of order processing.

If you have any complaints or comments about our website or any of the products supplied to you, please contact us either through the Contact Us section on the website or by phone. We guarantee to respond to any enquiry.
These conditions of sale and any contracts made under them are governed by and shall be governed and construed by the laws of the United Kingdom whose courts shall be courts of exclusive competent jurisdiction.
